Function

• You will repair bridges, terraces and facades, while removing the damaged concrete. From concrete, to brick or natural stone. You’re in charge of façade repairs on various sites. 

• An older façade? You remodel and reinforce these bricks. 

• You immediately detect any leaks in facades or balconies. This allows you to respond fast and restore it quickly, correctly and sustainably.

• Leveling a façade or balcony(floor)? You always finish the job down to the last detail. 

• You draw up a short daily report via WhatsApp concerning the progress, so that everyone is up-to-date.

Profile

• You have 2 to 3 years of experience in at least one of the following fields: renovation of façades, pouring concrete or repair, formwork, floor screeding or painting. Other specializations can be taught. 

• You communicate in Dutch or English, and in a correct way towards the customer or resident, so they are always informed about the work activities. 

• You have a healthy, cooperative work ethic. As an ambassador, you show great importance to customer focus and self-reliance.

• You are flexible and helpful towards colleagues. Collegiality is top of mind at Peter Cox. 

• You have a good insight on activities and know how to set priorities. Is something not finished at the end of the day or can the finishing of concrete not wait until tomorrow? Then you know how to take responsibility. You can take back any overtime worked when desired.

• You regularly work at heights. Knowledge of correct personal security and harnesses is required.

• A driving license B is required, a driving license BE is a nice bonus. 

Offer

• A full-time employment with a fixed contract or by self-employed status is an option. 

• Your wage will depend on skills and experience. It includes a co-driver compensation and allowances for bad weather.
